Position Summary:
Installation and maintenance of German produced extruders.

Work You’ll Do:
1.    Conduct on-site service for Coperion components (extruder, screen pack changer, hydraulic system, feeding system), this comprises maintenance, installation, start-up, commissioning, trouble-shooting and training

2.    Supervise and execute mechanical installation and commissioning of Coperion extruder systems.

3.    Ensure that the installation quality is consistent with the project requirements.

4.    Follow-up projects until completion and issue technical service reports as proper project-related documentation.
对项目进行后续跟进直至完成，并出具符合项目相关要求的技术服务报告。
5.    Participate the Global Large Projects by Assistance to German site manager and co-ordination of daily performances with contractors
协助德国现场经理参与全球大型项目，并与承包商协调日常工作。
6.    To complete any other tasks assigned by the department.

Basic Qualifications:
1.    Graduated from College or above, majored in Mechanical Engineering
大专及以上学历，机械工程相关专业
2.    At least 3 years related working experience. 
至少有 3 年相关工作经验
3.    Strong mechanical background on installation, maintenance and repair of rotating equipment. 
具备扎实的机械安装、维护和修理旋转设备方面的知识
4.    Ability to independently analyze problems on site. Customer solutions shall be proposed and carried out in close communication with the Service departments both in Nanjing and Germany.

5.    Strong communication skills, result-oriented and with team-spirit, initiative working attitude and high motivation.

6.    Willingness to travel frequently up to 60% on yearly basis
接受每年60%的出差频繁
7.    Have good English language skills; both in speaking and writing are mandatory.

8.    Having certain knowledge for extruder system and understanding of PI&D drawings.
具备挤出机方面的相关知识，并熟悉 PI&D 图纸
9.    Can use the Office software (MS Word, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications:
1.    Having working experience in the petrochemical sector is prefer. 
有在石化行业的工作经历者优先
2.    Experience with gearbox repairing and on-site project management is an advantage.
