The Opportunity

Are you a natural sales hunter ready to make a real impact in healthcare? We’re looking for a Territory Manager to join our Acute Care Division, specialising in solutions that support critical patient care environments. You’ll champion innovative technologies such as ICU beds, stretchers, transport chairs, and emergency care equipment—products designed to improve patient safety, streamline workflows, and empower providers to deliver the highest standard of care. This is a Brisbane-based role, covering hospitals and healthcare facilities across the metropolitan region and surrounding areas.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on business development, uncovers new opportunities, and builds lasting partnerships. You’ll be responsible for driving growth in a competitive market, opening doors, and expanding Stryker’s footprint across QLD.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share
• Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to exceed targets
• Build strong relationships with Nurse Unit Managers, procurement teams, ICU directors, emergency department staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
• Deliver product demonstrations, educational sessions, and training programs
• Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale clinical support

Who You Are

Minimum Requirements

• Proven success in sales with a track record of exceeding targets (3+ years)
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, open new accounts, and win business in competitive markets
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences
• Strategic mindset with business acumen and market analysis skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Brisbane and surrounding regions

Preferred Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health, Business, Nursing, or related field
• Knowledge of hospitals and selling in the healthcare setting
