The Sales & Service Admin Executive, SEA shall provide support to commercial teams and sales-related administration in Southeast Asia region. The selected candidate will work closely with all aspect of the business including SEA commercial teams, Order Fulfilment, Service, Finance & Management to achieve sales success and efficiencies inline with company expectations.

Responsibilities -

 

Sales:

  • To provide clerical and administration support to Sales Department including sales order preparation, data-entry, sales reports and presentation preparation

  • Assist in preparation of business review documents for the team

  • Provide support in any Sales & Marketing event / initiatives

  • Managing product inventory and demo inventory

  • Managing inventory of sales literature and brochures

  • Support the Commercial team in data input, issue quotations and tender preparations

  • Assist and confirm final submission of Elekta Sales Tenders and RFP responses by the due date

  • Support the Commercial team in maintaining and updating sales and customer records

  • Work closely with other departments and external parties to handle Sales projects

  • Handle call-in enquires and provide general support to corporate clients

  • To assist on sales analysis and generate reports for management review

  • Handling customer inquiries, customer complaints, delivery/service problems, reasons for product returns, etc.

  • Any other general administrative tasks to support the sales team.

 

Service:

  • Service contract invoicing: Generate and send service contract invoices to customers/distributors in SEA (except Thailand & Philippines).

  • Training: Collaborate with training department/training center and coordinate technical training for customers, distributors and Elekta engineers.

 

Relevant Knowledge, skills and competencies -

  • Diploma or Degree in business administration or related discipline.

  • Proficient in Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic PowerPoint).

  • Proficient in the use of CLM tools – salesforce.com / QlikSense

  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Customer support and Business Admin support

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Good organization and time management skills with close attention to detail and accuracy

  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, with the ability to work independently

  • Excellent team player at all levels

  • Fluency in English is required
