Summary: As an Application Lead for Power Trading and Origination, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, managing project timelines, and ensuring the quality of deliverables. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications for Power Trading and Origination. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Manage project timelines and ensure the quality of deliverables. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions to meet business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Power Trading and Origination. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in software development using Java, Python, or other relevant programming languages. -Must have experience in US power markets - Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Strong understanding of software development best practices and standards. - Experience in managing project timelines and ensuring the quality of deliverables. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Power Trading and Origination. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. - This position is based at our Pune office.
