The Red Hat team is looking for a talented university student to support our Marketing Intelligence activities in the SOLA EAST region (Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and Bolivia) based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. During this internship, you will be focused in the lead management process, tracking sales opportunities and leads that relate to marketing activities as well as in marketing budget control. This is why you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, because you will create and distribute program updates, product enhancements, marketing programs, and sales tools at the same time you will do budgetary follow up with each business unit. This is an exciting opportunity to begin your career while working with a fast-paced open source company. 

What you will do

  • Assistance in the measurement of surveys, generation of performance reports and evaluation of campaigns/activities.

  • CRM analysis, dashboards creations, follow up, whitespaces recommendation

  • Responsible for capturing and analyzing data (lead, budget, SYB, and related), to make recommendations based on this data which help drive the business success

  • Interface with Finance dept ion weekly and quarterly reporting, budgeting Create and manage Business Metrics Dashboard

  • Create and distribute roll-out communications for program updates, product enhancements, direct marketing program

  • Collaborate with database maintenance

  • Assist in marketing research

  • Carefully monitor communications response data and other performance and marketing metrics

  • Establish and maintain a centralized archive of presentations, marketing materials and communications that is accessible to various functional groups internally

  • Administrative tasks in relation to central suppliers (budgetary control, purchase orders, receipt of invoices, registration of suppliers, etc.)

  • Taxonomy with BUs,  ROMI analysis

  • Follow up with subregion budgetary control on tools.

What you will bring

  • 2nd, 3rd year of Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, Industrial engineering student

  • Demonstrate high level of professionalism using good judgment and applying problem solving skills

  • Show strong communication skills that allows to create exceptional relationships

  • The ideal candidate will be energetic and results-oriented but also flexible enough with work responsibilities as needs change
