You will report to Senior Business manager based in Singapore.

Main Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Portfolio Leadership

  • You will manage global product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio performance, including revenue, margin, pricing, and lifecycle investments
  • You will guide demand forecasting, competitive analysis, and continuation engineering

Agile Product Management (SAFe)

  • You will translate market and customer insights into epics and features using Jira, Jira Align, and Jama
  • You will partner with engineering and architecture to align customer value, technical feasibility, and delivery pace

New Product Introduction & Lifecycle Management

  • You will partner with NPI teams to deliver products that meet customer, quality, and time‑to‑market requirements
  • You will support product launches through value messaging, enablement, validation, and go‑to‑market readiness
  • You will manage lifecycle decisions, including cost optimization and end‑of‑life strategy

Market, Customer & Competitive Insight

  • You will Maintain understanding of customer applications, buying drivers, and unmet needs
  • You will Monitor market trends, technology evolution, and competitive offerings to identify growth opportunities
  • You will Engage customers, regions, and sales teams to validate strategy and accelerate adoption

Cross‑Functional Leadership

  • You will collaborate across product management, engineering, quality, supply chain, sales, and marketing to achieve our goals
  • You will balance scope, funding, capacity, and risk to maximise benefits

The Essential – You will have.

  • Bachelor's degree required (Engineering or related technical discipline)
  • Experience in industrial automation or electrical, electronic, or mechanical systems
  • You will perform Strategic thinking with an ability to translate market needs into product direction
  • You will collaborate within cross global and cross‑functional teams
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
  • Legal authorization to work in Singapore (no visa sponsorship)

The Preferred – You might also have

  • 8+ years' experience in product management, engineering, applications, sales, or marketing
  • Experience with variable speed drives or industrial automation products
  • Knowledge of PLCs, industrial networks, and IIoT architecture
  • Familiarity with SAFe / Agile product management
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
