Support release validation, production readiness, and troubleshooting of complex defects.
Work independently on complex testing and integration tasks with minimal supervision.
Guide and mentor junior test engineers and support onboarding of new team members.
Take a leadership role within the scrum team for quality-related topics and initiatives.
Represent testing values, methods, and best practices within the team (“test conscience”).
Identify and drive improvements in test automation, tooling, and development processes.
Proactively evaluate and adopt new testing tools, frameworks, and technologies.
Document testing approaches, automation patterns, and best practices.
Actively contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across teams.
BE / MCA or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience in software testing, test automation, and integration testing.
