Who we are looking for

  • As a Consulting Program manager, you will play a critical role in delivering our most strategic programs required to deliver our strategic priorities.

  • You will be responsible for aligning cross-functional priorities, engaging with senior stakeholders and ensuring projects deliver on time, within budget, and in line with our strategic and regulatory commitments. The work will be instrumental in executing change across the organization.

  • Engage regulators (as applicable) in the strategy, execution, and evaluation of the program – providing transparency into risks, issues, dependencies and overall program governance hygiene.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, develop, mentor, and manage a high-performing team (direct or indirect), fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

  • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to team members (indirect and direct reports).

  • Build and maintain a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence across all program teams.

Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management

  • Develop, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients, business partners, and corporate functions (and regulators as applicable).

  • Act as the primary point of contact for program-related matters, ensuring effective communication and transparency.

Impact Assessment & Reporting

  • Drive the strategic transparency of the program – implementing data-driven program evaluation processes to assess impact and drive continuous improvement.

  • Present regular reports to executive leadership, the board of directors, and other stakeholders.

  • Manage and monitor budgets, forecast resource needs, and secure necessary resources to ensure program sustainability and scalability.

  • Provide mitigation plans of program risks, ensuring that risk management and compliance practices are followed.

  • Document lessons learned, share best practices, and integrate findings into future program planning.

What we value

  • Strong leadership with the ability to bring together disparate teams across different levels and disciplines within the organization to drive timely and impactful outcomes

  • Outstanding presentation, communication (oral & written), and relationship building skills across all levels of management (senior executive, Executive Committee, Board, Regulators, etc.). A detail-oriented disposition and clear, concise communication skills
