Job Description:

The Premium Experiences Business Integration Manager works closely with the Director of Premium Experiences to set the strategic direction of the premium businesses at the Disneyland Resort including, VIP Tours, Club 33, 21 Royal and Disney Special Activities.  Efforts are focused on developing strategic plans, analyzing and communicating current business trends and leading projects that enhance the experience for our Guests and drive revenue for the overall Premium business.  The successful candidate will focus on finding ways to continue to drive revenue and deliver a superior product. 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage business development strategy for Premium Experiences, developing tactics to drive revenue and increase profit margins.
  • Provide peer review and partnership to Disney Special Activities, in the execution of tours, and ensuring business tactics are being executed appropriately. 
  • Identify both business and operational opportunities for Disney Special Activities and Club 33, developing and executing projects to address them.
  • Act as a thought partner to all Premium Experiences leaders for event strategy, execution and overall operation.
  • Drive Resort-wide projects that require development and execution across multiple Lines of Business and in coordination with executive leaders.
  • Complete projects as assigned by the Director, Premium Experiences and deliver them within the timelines assigned.
  • Establish department standards for technology, documentation and communication – ensuring a proper documentation of all business and operational aspects.
  • Work with the Technology team to enhance the departments use of SalesForce CRM.
  • Act as an integrator across the team for both leaders and cast.

Business Acumen:

  • Highly proficient at analyzing trends and data to inform business decisions (ex: pricing increases, add-on experiences).
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, and push the envelope to drive additional revenue and bring the Premium experience to the next level.
  • Benchmarking with other premium services both internally and externally.
  • Highly adept at understanding business concepts to effectively communicate them via presentations.
  • Strong working relationship skills with various partners across the Resort.

Accountability:

  • Maintains a strong working relationship with the Director, Premium Experiences.
  • Provides regular status updates on assigned projects and other relevant information as needed.
  • Proactively communicates system, process or collaboration items that need escalation.
  • Minimize the amount of executive decision-making needed by managing details within assigned range of authority.
  • Inspire Cast Members to ensure key initiatives are on-time, on-budget and satisfy the prescribed Guest Experience.
  • Detail oriented work with a strategic lens.

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Masters preferred).

The hiring range for this position is $82,400.00-$113,300.00. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
