Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Agent Services Leadership to identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze workflows, processes, and performance data to detect inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
• Develop, document, and maintain standardized procedures, process maps and best practices.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, including process redesign and automation proposals.
• Track, report, and communicate progress of improvement projects to leadership and stakeholders.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate onboarding and ongoing training programs for Agent Services staff.
• Maintain up-to-date training materials, manuals, and guides reflecting the latest processes and service standards.
• Organize and facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Role Requirements

• Preferred 2+ years in agent operations, process improvement, training or similar role.
• Higher education or equivalent experience.
• Interest in adult learning and training development. Experience with facilitating training, mentoring peers, or similar, either at Western Union or elsewhere.
• Adaptability to our fast-changing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate at ease with stakeholders.
• Readiness to drive and contribute to innovations independently and in collaboration with others.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Developing leadership/team management skills.
• Experience in process improvement would be preferred.
• Experience with process mapping tools (e.g. Lucidchart, Miro, Visio) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage too.
• Fluency in English language.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 1,858 – 2,733 EUR. This range represents anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible for an annual variable target incentive (which may include long-term incentives, if eligible) that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies.
