As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands continuous alignment of technical solutions with organizational goals, fostering collaboration among team members, and driving the delivery of scalable and efficient software products. The lead actively monitors progress, addresses challenges, and facilitates communication across various stakeholders to maintain project momentum and quality.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive the adoption of best practices and development methodologies to enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure design, deployment, and management within Amazon Web Services environments.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable and maintainable systems.
- Ability to lead and guide development teams through complex technical challenges and project requirements.
- Familiarity with automation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment pipelines in cloud settings.
- Competence in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimizing cloud-based applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
