Job Purpose:

As a Transport Operations Specialist you would support and optimize all transport and logistics operations for Iberia, working closely with transport providers, internal teams, and warehouse operations to ensure efficient distribution, cost‑quality balance, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily transport operations across Iberia.

• Manage relationships and negotiations with transport providers.

• Assign transport.

• Support warehouse operations with routing, rotations, and load planning.

• Handle full‑truck‑load development, price comparisons, and shipment follow‑up.

• Manage inbound flows and movements between warehouses.

• Centralize transport management from quotation to execution.

• Collaborate with Customer Service, Finance, and other internal teams.

• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimization.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Basic knowledge of the transport/logistics sector (any transport company background is valid).

• Strong skills in Office 365, especially Excel.

• High willingness to learn and grow (junior or experienced profiles welcome).

• Ability to work under pressure and manage fast‑paced operations.

• Team‑oriented, resilient, patient, and adaptable.

• Energetic, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Good communication skills and a positive, upbeat attitude.

• Nice to have: English and Portuguese.
