At Medtronic you can begin a life-long career of exploration and innovation, while helping champion healthcare access and equity for all. You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.
A Day in the Life
Join Health Economics, Policy & Reimbursement (HEP&R) team where your work will accelerate access to Medtronic’s life-changing therapies. You will support the development and execution of Market Access strategies for breakthrough technologies across multiple Operating Units. This role is critical in shaping how our therapies are funded, adopted and integrated into the healthcare system, working closely with national and regional stakeholders to overcome access barriers and enhance care delivery.
You are passionate about improving patient access to innovation and working on solutions that truly make a difference. You thrive in a dynamic and cross-functional environment, where your ability to influence stakeholders and lead complex projects can directly impact patients’ lives. If you are driven by purpose and motivated to shape healthcare systems, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact at Medtronic.

- Drive DRG and tariff updates in collaboration with MOH to secure adequate funding for Medtronic technologies
