Estamos buscando un talento para unirse a nuestro equipo en Marsh. Este puesto estará basado en CDMX. Este es un rol híbrido que requiere trabajar al menos tres días a la semana en la oficina.
Especialista de Operación y servicio
- Contaremos contigo para:
- Atención a cliente
- Ingreso de trámites de gastos médicos mayores
- Análisis de documentación recibida
- Uso de portales de distintas aseguradoras
- Registro de actividades en tiempo real en plataformas de marsh
- Contacto con equipo de RH con el cliente
Lo que necesitas tener:
- Licenciatura trunca o concluida de áreas administrativas
- 2 años de experiencia mínimo en seguros de preferencia en Beneficios
- Excel: Tablas dinámicas y cruce de base de datos
- Conocimiento básico en temas de seguros
- Manejo de clientes complejos
