Transaction Management: End-to-end deal management that optimizes workplace decisions across your portfolio. Services include dedicated account management to serve as the primary client liaison, comprehensive deal management with stakeholder alignment and contract negotiation, portfolio opportunity assessments through annual reviews, metro planning to evaluate multiple locations, market analysis utilizing local expertise, and scenario planning to identify optimal portfolio options while reducing transaction cycle times and improving control and compliance.
Lease Administration: Comprehensive lease management solutions that transform lease complexity into actionable insights. Services include Lease Essentials for critical date management, Database Management with full lease abstraction and SOC 1 certified processes, Financial Management including financial reviews and desktop audits, Lease Audit services to identify and recover overcharges, and Lease Accounting to ensure compliance with international accounting standards.
Consulting: Strategic advisory services combining place-focused and people-focused strategies. Place-focused services include Portfolio Strategy, Location Strategy, Workplace Strategy, and FM Strategy optimization. Job description:
The position combines client finance (non-client facing) and finance business partnering activities. Key responsibilities include:
Support Account Financial Operations – Manage ICAs (Intercompany Agreements), billing processes, revenue recognition, labor cost allocation, pipeline, and other transactional finance activities for assigned accounts
Execute Month-End Close, Forecasting & Budgeting – Perform monthly financial close processes, prepare forecasts, and develop budgets for JLL account team and to my team
Prepare Account Reporting – Generate and deliver regular financial reports, variance analysis, and performance dashboards for the JLL account team and to me
Partner with the Account Team – Collaborate closely with account team (JLL) and my team on day-to-day activities, participate in account discussions, and provide financial guidance to support decision-making
Integrate with JBS & Portfolio Services Team – Report directly to JBS while working and matrix to me, fully integrating into the team's daily operations, tools, and processes to ensure seamless collaboration
Required Skills:
Comfortable working in matrix reporting relationships
Work Style & Approach: Self-supporting and diligent; able to work independently, positive, proactive and ability to work collaboratively through challenges with diverse teams
Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and strong stakeholder management capabilities
