Title: Business IT Liaison and Change Management Coordinator

Real World Responsibilities:

·Technical support liaison, process documentation, and small project management

  • Provide first-line technical support for team members, assisting with common IT issues such as device setup, application troubleshooting, login problems, and general user support.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Applications (e.g., Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel), with the ability to assist others and implement solutions under guidance.
  • Assist with low-lift development and management in other software systems like QlikCloud and TrueContext
  • Act as a liaison between technical staff and end users, translating technical information into user-friendly guidance and ensuring effective communication.
  • Create, update, and manage process documentation, including standardized procedures and document storage systems, following direction from leadership.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and resolving recurring technical issues, aiming to reduce reliance on external Help Desk resources.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow structured processes for documentation and support.
  • Show willingness to learn new technologies and processes, adapting to evolving team needs and business requirements.
  • Develop and run training sessions on new technology, software, and process.

Must haves:

  • Ability to work either during summer period or co-op time frame
  • Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Positive and energetic
  • Ability to organize and complete multiple tasks/projects at one time.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Nice to haves:

  • Project Management Experience
  • SCRUM Development Basics
