About the Role
As Supervisor, E-Fulfillment, you will support retail operations by managing the day-to-day execution of
merchandise processing through the Fulfillment Network.
What You’ll Do
● Manage the workflow of several departments in conjunction with individual department
supervisors
● Develop and maintain accuracy standards to ensure unit inventory integrity
● Align with business partners to resolve issues and ensure efficient service
● Ensure dynamic staffing to meet company goals
● Effectively manage staff to meet productivity and cost goals
● Evaluate and track level of service and accuracy standards
● Leads direct reports to achieve unit goals by Kohl's policies and practices
● Increase associate engagement by developing and communicating a clear vision
● Maintain open communication, set clear objectives and remove barriers
● Develop an effective staff through coaching and performance feedback

Ability to comply with dress code requirements.
Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and basic computer operation.
Ability to operate and communicate on multiple frequency devices, handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
Ability to maintain prompt and regular attendance and meet scheduling requirements as set by the company.
Ability to learn and comply with all company policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.
Ability to give direction and to receive, understand and proactively respond to direction from leadership and other company personnel

Ability to use a personal computer for tasks such as communicating, preparing reports, etc.

Ability to complete or oversee the completion of assigned projects in a timely manner.
Perform work in accordance with the Physical Requirements section.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs. with a two person lift.
Ability to climb, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, grasp, push and pull on a frequent basis.
Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift (at least 9 hours).
Ability to visually verify information and locate and inspect merchandise.
Ability to comply with health and safety standards.
Working Conditions
Exposure to noise and moderate but varying temperatures
