Manager, Product Management F/T

Overview
Deliver new platform based loyalty products, some of which leverage existing Mastercard Loyalty Solutions platforms.
Role.
• Analyze market trends, dynamics, and competition in order to inform product and go-to-market strategies.
• Analyze and develop strategic recommendations and solutions.
• Build working teams and create alliances and influence stakeholders.
• Guide and collaborate across multiple cross functional teams including business, sales, regional and technical staff.
• Act as subject matter expert for our Promotional/Offers capabilities, with a focus on the intersection of merchant and issuer loyalty.
• Package new product functionality end to end for regional deployment.
• Contribute to the develop and communicate product vision, roadmap, and pricing strategies.
• Contribute to business case creation, product and pricing strategy, product planning, product tracking and reporting product performance (KPIs).
• Develop business cases for funding for significant platform enhancements.
• Manage technical delivery within the budget assigned.

About You
• Position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Political Science, Economics, Marketing, Business or related and three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in job offered or as a Management Analyst, Product Specialist or related occupation.
• Qualifying experience must include at least one (1) year with each of the following: Working with new segments and use cases to package the right solutions; Communicating across with different levels and across various functions including global, regional and market teams; Fintech sub-segments; Knowledge in SME and fintech space; GTM and product marketing skills; Understanding of payment ecosystem and loyalty space; Navigating internally and externally with key stakeholders. Consulting or product management.
• Rate of pay: $170,477.00 – $254,000.00 / year

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
