• Operational reporting
• Vendor management
• Invoice and payment processing
• Helpdesk service (Handle user request or complaint, Log work order requests from end users and assign to FM team and vendors as appropriate)
• Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS)

[General Affairs & Office Administration]

• Office supplies procurement
• Coffee machine maintenance
• Vending machine maintenance
• Water purifier maintenance
• Employee & visitor parking administration
• Support office bulletin board management
• Support events management

[Hard Service Facilities Management]

• Air conditioner maintenance
• Fire safety equipment maintenance
• Office equipment and furniture maintenance
• Basic electrical works (Handyman_Including General lighting & Emergency lighting installation)
• Support building management
• IT support (Provide IT support services including PC troubleshooting, workstation set up (PC, peripherals, telephones, photocopier/MFD support and so on
• Planed preventive maintenance (PPM) management

[Mailing Operation]

• Incoming mail/courier/quick service receipt and distribution
• Outgoing mail/courier/quick service handling (domestic & international)

[Project coordination]

• Oversee electrical works
• Onsite supervisor for small projects (When required)
