We are seeking a Life Cycle & Strategic Product Manager for our Business Line Neuro Solution’s. This role will own a lifecycle planning for the product portfolio throughout its lifecycle, ensuring data-driven decisions that maximize customer value, profitability, and alignment with Elekta’s long-term strategy. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in our product and process development and collaborate with leadership management team, to influence stakeholders and navigate in complex cross-functional environments. This role will be reporting to Head of Product Management Neuro Solutions and the location will be in Stockholm city.

The responsibilities are:

• Portfolio Strategy & Lifecycle Management
  • Own the lifecycle strategy for BL Neuro products, from introduction to phase-out.
  • Develop and oversee the portfolio roadmap including rationalization and development.
  • Synthesize technical, commercial and operational inputs to support lifecycle/EOL decisions and translate them into actionable execution plans.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to support portfolio strategy plans, inform portfolio prioritization, investment decisions, and resource allocation.
  • Partner with Finance to analyze historical performance, capitalization rates, COGS, and revenue projections for long-term planning (LTP).
  • Monitor installed base health and customer ROI to guide retention and growth strategies.
  • Oversee portfolio strategy.

• Strategic Planning & Communication
  • Contribute to business plans, cases, and quarterly updates for Neuro management team.
  • Structure outputs for executive audiences, ensuring clarity and impact.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Relevant knowledge:

• University degree in business, engineering, or life sciences; MBA preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years delivering cross-functional projects or programs in MedTech or other regulated HW/SW sectors; demonstrated experience with direct involvement in product lifecycle and EOL transitions
• Experience working in a matrix organization and international environment.
• Practical knowledge of medical technology products and their clinical applications.
