Job Title: Worn Wear Operations Associate
Reports To: Sr. Supervisor, Worn Wear
Scope: Individual Contributor, O2
Location: Reno, NV
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7am Start Time
Duration - Fixed Term Contract (February 3rd - May 15th)

Compensation
Hiring rate: $22.55

General Summary
Worn Wear Operations Associates are responsible for executing operational needs and supporting the Worn Wear Sr. Supervisor with daily tasks. This includes quality inspecting garments, processing returns, picking & packing orders, handling photography, and sorting garments for recycle. This is a cross-functional role that will require many hats to be worn within the Worn Wear Department.
What You’ll Do
Tasks
Follow our company ethos to keep gear in use as long as possible.
Support on time operations and fulfilment for Worn Wear by rotating through various workflows within the department. Unique needs include:
Inspect garments carefully to determine the next best use and disposition them into appropriate categories. Value added services include launder, minor repairs, and condition enhancement.
Credit customers for Digital Trade Ins and Worn Wear Returns.
Fold and stock garments to prepare them for online orders.
Pick, pack, and ship Worn Wear orders in adherence with SLA’s.
Use technology such as RF scanners and Item Identification applications to optimize movement and enter data.
Flex to various work functions pending on the needs of the business.
Must be able to work on all types of the Patagonia product line.
Must be able to meet department production requirements.

Basic computer skills required.

Experience working in a fast-paced and deadline driven atmosphere
Cross-functional flexibility in a changing environment
Physical Requirements
Ability to bend, stoop, and stand for prolonged periods of time.
Ability to perform routine tasks for extended periods of time.
Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs. at times above shoulder height.
Ability to read and comprehend safety material and facility required documents.
Ability to follow all warehouse safety requirements.
