Are you passionate about driving digital transformation in manufacturing? We're looking for a strategic and hands-on IT Business Solutions Lead to lead our Forecast to Produce (FTP) processes and help shape the future of our operations.

 🔍 What would you do :

• Lead the design, implementation, and support of IT solutions for Forecast to Produce processes.
• Collaborate with production, planning, procurement, and IT teams to deliver scalable digital solutions.
• Integrate forecasting tools, ERP systems, and MES platforms for seamless operations.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost planning accuracy and reduce waste.
• Manage the full solution lifecycle—from requirements to post-go-live support.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, cybersecurity, and industry standards.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

🎓 What We’re Looking For :

• Degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT solution delivery within manufacturing.
• Expertise in F2P technologies (SAP PP, IBP, APO, OMP, Kinaxis).
• Experience with ERP and MES integration.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Polish or other languages are a bonus.
