WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟

This is a blended role - part customer experience, part building flows. The Customer Success Associate will join the Customer Success team and report to the Head of Customer Success.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience being in a customer-facing role, skilled at adding a very human and friendly touch to troubleshooting resolution.

Qualified applicants will also have experience with translating goals into logical steps in flows, familiar with using tools like zapier, typeform, IFTT, or an email platform.

We’re looking for someone who is a bit entrepreneurial and is comfortable with a decent level of ambiguity, perceptive to needs, flexible to change, and passionate about solving problems and bringing ideas to life β€” all while bringing joy to make our customers feel special.

WHAT YOU'LL DO πŸš€

  • Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional support to our customers, offering a human touch to troubleshooting and resolution processes. You'll be the friendly voice that ensures our customers feel valued and understood.
  • Flow Building: Collaborate with customers to translate their goals into logical steps within our platform's conversational flows. Utilize tools like Zapier, Typeform, IFTT, or email platforms to optimize customer interactions.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address customer needs, finding creative solutions to challenges they encounter. Your entrepreneurial mindset will drive innovative problem-solving and idea generation.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the advocate for our customers within Manychat, ensuring their feedback is heard and their success is prioritized.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING πŸ’₯

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in building and managing workflows or flows, with familiarity in tools like Zapier, Typeform, IFTT, or similar platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for empathy and clear communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, adapting quickly to change and demonstrating resilience.
  • Passion for customer success, problem-solving, and bringing ideas to life to enhance customer experiences.
