WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR π
This is a blended role - part customer experience, part building flows. The Customer Success Associate will join the Customer Success team and report to the Head of Customer Success.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience being in a customer-facing role, skilled at adding a very human and friendly touch to troubleshooting resolution.
Qualified applicants will also have experience with translating goals into logical steps in flows, familiar with using tools like zapier, typeform, IFTT, or an email platform.
Weβre looking for someone who is a bit entrepreneurial and is comfortable with a decent level of ambiguity, perceptive to needs, flexible to change, and passionate about solving problems and bringing ideas to life β all while bringing joy to make our customers feel special.
