Why are we hiring this role?
As a Senior Growth Product Designer at UpGuard, you’ll play a key role within our Growth squad, designing and optimising experiences that drive acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention across our rapidly growing cybersecurity SaaS platform. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing, you’ll take high-level growth opportunities and turn them into thoughtful, experiment-ready designs and prototypes.
You’ll stay closely involved as solutions move into development, sweating the details to deliver measurable impact alongside exceptional user experiences. You’ll also have meaningful exposure to our highly engaged user community, including teams from some of the world’s leading companies, using their feedback and behavioural insights to inform continuous growth improvements.
