- Excellent communication and organization skills. - Excellent understanding of data management and quantitative reporting. - Knowledge of strategic planning and BSC framework. - Experience with marketing and Survey Management. - High level skills in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint. - Bilingual in Japanese/English. - Develop and implement an effective system to track all staff related expenses and arrange them into well organized reports. - Monitor each business line's personal spending in comparison with the budget. - Gather data from HR generalists, HR Data Management and Payroll in order to track all staff related expenses including results of filed requisitions, promotion or reclassification compensation changes, termination and transfer costs, bi-monthly payroll variances, and bonus payout expenses. - Analyzes causes of variances between budget and actual spending. - Conduct analyses to find opportunities for further cost savings or further strategic human capital investment. - Liaise with Global Planning Division (Tokyo) and Global HR Office (Tokyo) in order to support their global staff expense management. - Collaborate with business lines, HR generalists and Financial Management to create and organize detailed requisition applications to aid meaningful discussions during requisition meetings. - Ensure all requisition approvals satisfy relevant internal rules. - Arrange schedules of all related parties for requisition meetings. - Track all results of requisitions and monitor average days open in appropriate length. - Gather necessary information from relevant parties to enable business lines and HR generalists to discuss budget plans and enable Financial Management to review the plans. - Coordinate and facilitate budget discussions among business lines, HR generalists and Financial Management to manage the staff expense budget. - Facilitate and manage the monitoring process of the HQA strategic initiatives during the mid-term plan. - Coordinate the monthly reporting process and submit the summary report to management. - Escalate the issues that require management's attention to mitigate execution risks of these initiatives. - Support the "Business Performance Review Meeting".
