Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

-Lead Outbound VCP project -Wing to Wing—Win as one team;

-Embrace GEHC Heartbeat culture to yearly delivery logistic business benefit;  

-Lead to drive MR shipment yearly productivity improvement;

-Lead in cross function teams in outbound logistic solid standard work and digital process build;

-Lead in MR Inbound & Outbound VCP saving target and drive MOH rate reduction;

-Site logistic supplier management & mitigate potential revenue risk, and drive daily operation optimization;  

-Focus on logistic supplier performance management and set up optimization logistic solution for site development;

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of work experience in logistics or related SCM; Successful project management experience preferred;

-Solid communication skill, especially well connection with cross function teams to drive problem solve capability;

-Lean Expertise, including Lean Six Sigma process methodology;

-Proven ability to execute, multi-task, and deliver on commitments;

-Experience working in a compliant supply chain;

--Proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Power Point, and Word Preferred Qualifications;
