Education required: Scientific degree from an accredited college/university: Medicine and Surgery, Biological Sciences, Chemistry with an organic or biological focus, Pharmacy, (as per Legislative Decree 219/2006 and subsequent updates). Graduation by 08/2025. 

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English and Italian 

Other requirements: Willingness to be geographically mobile (domestic) throughout rotations. Driving Licence. 

Expected Start date: September 2025

Our Graduate Programme in Commercial offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. You’ll work on 2 to 3 rotations in areas such as Sales, Marketing, and breadth roles like Business Excellence, Omnichannel, Digital, Insights & Analytics, and more to accelerate your skills, experiences and exposure to unlock impact.  

Join our Graduate Programme in the Commercial organization and embark on a journey through 2 to 3 rotations in Sales, Marketing, and breadth roles such as Business Excellence, Omnichannel, Digital, Insights & Analytics, and more. This programme is designed to amplify skills of the future and develop the next generation of leaders in the commercial space, equipping you with the skills and experiences needed to excel in a dynamic healthcare environment.

 

What will you do?  

  • Sales Rotation: Gain hands-on experience in sales, understanding customer needs, and driving business growth. 

  • Marketing Rotation: Develop and execute marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and analyze market trends. 

  • Breadth Roles Rotation: Work in areas like Business Excellence, Omnichannel, Digital, Insights & Analytics, Consumer Marketing Insights, Experience Journey for HCPs, Life Cycle Innovation, New Assets Launch Excellence, Pricing & Market Access, and Competitive Brand Strategy.
