We are looking for a Workday Integration Specialist to support our client's Team. This is a W-2 full-time contract based in Santa Clara, CA- Remote. We offer competitive pay $66-77/hr based on factors like experience, education, location, etc. and provide full benefits, PTO, and amazing company culture!

As part of our Beeline implementation, you will be responsible for developing Workday integrations that facilitate seamless data exchange between Workday and Beeline. You will work closely with Beeline implementation consultants and internal stakeholders to design and optimize integrations that ensure data integrity, system performance, and efficient business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Workday and Beeline integrations, an understanding of contingent workforce processes, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integration Development & Optimization: Design, build, test, and deploy integrations between Workday and Beeline using Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and Beeline APIs to support data flows for contingent workforce management.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with Beeline consultants, HR, IT, Finance, and Procurement teams to gather requirements, ensure seamless integration alignment, and optimize workflows.
  • System Performance & Troubleshooting: Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal business disruption and continuous data accuracy.
  • Testing & Documentation: Develop test cases to validate integration functionality, maintain up-to-date technical documentation, and provide reports on integration performance and issue resolution.
  • Continuous Improvement & Compliance: Stay current with Workday and Beeline updates, recommend enhancements, and ensure integrations comply with data security and privacy standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience & Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, HR, or a related field (or equivalent work experience), with 3–7 years of experience integrating Workday with other systems, particularly Beeline.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services (SOAP/REST), Beeline APIs, and data transformation using XML, JSON, and SQL.
  • Business & Functional Knowledge: Understanding of contingent workforce management, HR procurement, and related system integrations.
  • Problem-Solving & Project Management: Strong troubleshooting skills, ability to resolve integration issues, and experience managing multiple integration projects.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud-based integration platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft), broader HRIS/ERP integrations, and data security/compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA, SOC2).
