As a Sales Support Manager, you will manage a team of associates responsible for providing scheduling and administrative support to multiple Sales Force Members (SFM) within Capital Client Group. You will establish and maintain relationships with the Division Managers and SFMs to understand evolving territory needs and ensure internal alignment and support. You will initiate, lead, and participate in projects, including operationalizing business initiatives.

  • You enjoy coaching and managing associates by assessing and monitoring results and provide guidance and direction to ensure performance goals.
  • You will build and foster a collaborative team environment, both within the internal team, as well as the territory teams.
  • You will help identify development opportunities to address skill/competency gaps, and to meet the evolving business needs.
  • You can establish and maintain strong business relationships with key internal and external sales partners; continuously striving to improve business results and enhance client relationships.
  • You will provide reports on scheduling activities and insights into efficiency improvements between sales support associates and SFMs within the division.

Indianapolis Base Salary Range: $80,931-$129,490

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
