Technical Leadership & Systems Engineering
Provide expert-level understanding of MiCOM P40 relay protection algorithms.
Product Ownership
Act as the voice of the customer for MiCOM P40 within development teams.
Maintain and prioritise the product backlog in alignment with the Product Manager’s strategy and roadmap.
Translate high-level product vision into clear, actionable requirements and user stories.
Work closely with R&D to ensure successful delivery of new features, enhancements, and firmware updates.
Collaboration & Communication
Partner with cross-functional teams (hardware, firmware, software, validation, application engineering).
Present technical and product updates to internal teams and customers.
Support product demonstrations, technical training, and trade shows as required.
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Deep expertise in protection and control systems. Ideally in protection relay engineering, system integration, or product ownership in the power systems protection and control field.
Proven expertise with MiCOM P40 series or equivalent IEC 61850-compliant protection relays.
Strong understanding of protection principles (distance, differential, overcurrent, busbar etc.) and utility applications, with a focus on the transmission level.
Experience in Agile product development and backlog management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to bridge technical detail with business priorities.
