Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that project requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are not only functional but also meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies to enhance the development process and deliver exceptional results. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Define and drive the overall technical architecture of enterprise-grade Java applications deployed on Microsoft Azure. - Lead end-to-end solution design including application, data, integration, and deployment architecture. - Architect microservices-based applications using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Strong experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, Maven/Gradle. - Hands-on experience designing and deploying solutions on Microsoft Azure. - Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, 12-factor app principles, and event-driven design. - Familiarity with Azure PaaS offerings, identity and access management, and networking in cloud - Define and drive the overall technical architecture of enterprise-grade Java applications deployed on Microsoft Azure/Any Cloud. - Hands on experience in Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, Maven/Gradle, Spring Cloud, Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, 12-factor app principles, and event-driven design, Design Patterns. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
