As a Registered Dietitian for HDVCH Hematology, Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant clinic, you will provide direct pediatric patient care using the Nutrition Care Process (NCP), including conducting nutrition assessments, determining diagnoses, and developing evidence-based interventions. You will create and implement personalized nutrition plans, such as diet and feeding orders, and coordinate Medical Nutrition Therapy services. Additionally, you will monitor and evaluate patients’ nutritional progress, offering counseling and education to both inpatient and outpatient populations. You will collaborate confidently and respectfully with patients and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care, while fostering effective working relationships and contributing to a culture of safety and excellence.
