The Psychology Programme in the School of Social Sciences (SSS) is looking for a talented Research Fellow to support a research project funded by the National Medical Research Council (NMRC).This project aims to investigate the complex relationships between genetic risk and multimodal neuroimaging biomarkers of Alzheimer’s disease and cerebrovascular disease, and examine their impact on cognitive decline and response to intervention.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the PI with data analysis and the production of scientific publications related to the research project
Provide administrative oversight of the project and liaise with cross-institutional research collaborators to ensure adequate progression of the project
Job Requirements:
PhD in Psychology, Neuroscience, Medical Sciences or related fields
Strong computational and analytical skills, as demonstrated by relevant research publications
Experience with human neuroimaging, neuropsychological, genetic data analysis
Proactive team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in project management and research administration
Experience in working with older adults and clinical populations
Experience with advanced statistical analysis
