The Work:
Provide leadership to functional resources for execution of application and compliance processes including incidents and problem resolution.
Interface with customers’ business users and provide leadership on prioritization, incident/problem status and enhancements planning.
Contribute to regular operations with data-driven reporting, including analysis of incident drivers to feed the problem management process.
Propose improvements to reduce incidents, improve solution stability, and enhance user experience.
Analyze business requirements and propose business processes adjustments based on best practices.
Support application end-to-end solution design, development, testing, and service introduction.
Support solution enhancement decision making by providing understanding of business/users impacts.
Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors
Continue to learn and develop your technical Hexagon EAM and business expertise
Here's what you need:
8+ years in implementation or support of an Enterprise Asset Management solution
5+ years of relevant experience implementing or supporting Hexagon EAM
Experience in the design and deployment of applications
Understanding/Experience of functional business processes for Asset Management solutions
Experience in Business requirement analysis
Key decision-making support experience
ITIL certification or experience in Service Management is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
