F5 is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join our Employee Experience (EX) team. In this role, you will be the functional lead for our core financial and procurement ecosystem, specifically managing the intersection of Oracle Financials, OneSource (Tax), and Coupa. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and tax compliance workflows that support our global Finance and Procurement organizations. Your expertise will ensure our financial systems are integrated, compliant, and scalable as F5 continues to innovate.

Responsibilities

  • Business Process Transformation: Lead the design and implementation of global processes for procurement, accounts payable, and tax automation. Partner with Finance and Procurement leaders to identify bottlenecks and drive digital transformation.

  • Solution Architecture & Configuration: Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into functional design specifications. Execute system configurations across Coupa and Oracle to support global tax logic, approval workflows, and financial reporting.

  • Tax Technology Integration: Manage the seamless integration of OneSource with Oracle and Coupa to ensure accurate automated tax determination (Sales, Use, and VAT) across all global transactions.

  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner with the Integration Engineering team to define data mapping and logic for APIs/middleware (e.g., Boomi, Workato) connecting Coupa, Oracle, and OneSource.

  • Data Integrity & Compliance: Ensure financial data consistency across systems. Support internal and external audits by maintaining rigorous documentation of system controls, configurations, and process flows.

  • Operational Support & Mentorship: Provide Tier 3 functional support for complex financial system issues. Mentor junior BSAs and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) for major upgrades and new feature rollouts.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a heavy focus on Finance and Procurement systems in a global enterprise.

  • Deep expertise in Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR) and Coupa (Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses).

  • Proven experience with OneSource Indirect Tax integration and its functional application within Oracle and Coupa environments.

  • Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles and global tax compliance requirements (e.g., US Sales/Use Tax, International VAT/GST).

  • Experience with enterprise integration patterns and a solid understanding of how data flows between SaaS (Coupa) and ERP (Oracle) systems.

  • Proven track record of leading large-scale system enhancements or implementations from discovery through post-production support.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence leadership and technical teams alike.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
