Endor Labs is looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Manager, accountable for employing our growing technology stack to support our world class go-to-market teams. You’re the ideal candidate if you are a data-driven, tech-savvy revops professional with unparalleled attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Strategic Partnership: Dive deep into the strategies and priorities of our sales & marketing teams, providing invaluable insights from the RevOps perspective. Your expertise will drive execution and best practices that elevate our collective performance.
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance. You’ll empower our GTM leaders with the analytics they need to drive improvements in GTM volume, conversion, velocity, and value.
  • Process Optimization: Play a pivotal role in aligning and optimizing marketing and sales processes. Your keen eye for detail will ensure accurate lead routing, seamless lead status tracking, and timely notifications that keep everyone on their game.
  • Audience Expertise: Collaborate with Marketing, SDR, and Field Sales to master audience segmentation, sizing, and list generation. Your deep understanding of Endor Labs’ go-to-market data will unlock new opportunities for growth.
  • Tech Stack Maestro: Take ownership of Salesforce and HubSpot administration, ensuring both systems are perfectly aligned and maintain pristine data hygiene. Your meticulous approach will set the standard for data integrity.
  • Technology Champion: Manage our extended tech stack across demand gen and SDR teams, collaborating with key stakeholders to optimize tools like Apollo, LeanData, Outreach, Nooks, ZoomInfo, Chorus, and 6sense. Your efforts will drive efficiency and innovation across the board.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 3+ years in a revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations role
  • 2+ years of Salesforce experience; salesforce administrator certification a plus
  • 2+ years marketing automation experience (preferably with HubSpot)
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Google Sheets proficiency

Compensation

In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. For candidates who receive an offer for this position, the total compensation range is expected to be between $100,000-$130,000. This may include incentives/variable compensations such as stock options and/or bonuses, depending on the position. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.
