What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

  • Receive, store, and distribute materials and products within the warehouse.
  • Ensure all receipts and shipments are accurately received and labeled according to regulations.
  • Follow and align all inbound processes and warehouse procedures with standard operating procedures, safety, and quality requirements.
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to material management, adapting to constant changes, varying levels of priority, and management sensitivity.
  • Update the ERP system for storage or withdrawal operations in the warehouse, ensuring all data is current.
  • Oversee the stock of stationary items, initiating purchase orders for necessary supplies and any indirect purchases required for the warehouse.
  • Initiate destruction memos for rejected materials as requested by quality control and monitor the process.
  • Maintain and monitor the environmental aspects of the warehouse area using data loggers and ensure all records are signed.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements):

  • BA/BS degree with any years of experience, or associate's degree with 4+ years of experience, or high school diploma (or equivalent) with 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and various procurement tools
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Tools
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with inventory management concepts
  • Ability to operate a range of equipment, including forklifts, conveyors, cranes, hand carts, and power trucks

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements):

  • Strong understanding of Six Sigma tools and methodologies
  • Knowledge of both domestic and international logistics, including government regulations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated industry
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity. Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
