Lead the sales team, including the District Manager and Key Account Manager, to achieve and maintain high sales performance in line with local priorities. Collaborate with business, Marketing, Sales Excellence, and other teams to support and execute business strategies defined by the brand teams, ensuring GSK products are accessible to patients.
Is responsible for two markets within the region and interacts externally with healthcare professionals (HCPs), healthcare organizations (HCOs), distributors, and key pharmacy chains. As a catalyst of change, serves as the link between the local market and regional strategies deployed by the central office.
As the most senior GSK representative in the country, also represent the company in external forums and collaborate with other multifunctional teams based in the local market.
Your Responsibilities:
This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:
·Manage the District Manager and Key Account Manager to ensure they perform their roles in line with the company’s expectations, delivering sales and market share targets.
Understand the Marketing Plan for the current year and ensure its execution by subordinates.
Advise direct reports on the use of systems and tools that support commercial activities.
Analyze and make recommendations based on data about company products, competitors, market share, and prescriptions provided by the Brand Team.
Collaborate with the regional team to ensure business plans are effectively implemented, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed to achieve the goals defined by marketing. Supervise the execution of the tactical plan and support managers in territorial management.
Work with Key Account Managers to develop strong partnerships and commercial plans with key pharmacy chains and distributors, ensuring a positive return on investment.
Monitor expenses to ensure they align with the budget.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:
University degree in Biological Sciences, Health Sciences or Business Administration.
Proven experience developing commercial strategies, particularly with portfolios focused on innovation, oncology, and / or adult vaccination.
Strong track record of managing Central American markets (home country + 1 remote country) and leading sales teams.
Expertise in analytical abilities and crafting commercial strategies, in-depth knowledge of the Central American market, resource allocation, and risk identification.
Advanced proficiency in English.
