Job Summary
The Creative Delivery Manager, US East will lead the planning, prioritization, and delivery of creative work across our US market, particularly for our US East region.
Working in lock-step with your US West counterpart, this role will oversee how creative projects are briefed, managed, and delivered—ensuring speed, quality, and consistency in a fast-paced retail environment. With a strong foundation in project management and creative delivery, the Creative Delivery Manager brings empathy for stakeholder needs, an understanding of creative process, and a detailed eye for accuracy and quality.
Reporting to the Creative Delivery Director, this leader will manage a team of two Creative Delivery Specialists. With these specialists you will each serve as the primary Business Unit (BU) point of contacts. The role requires balancing structure and flexibility—providing leadership, guidance, and insight while keeping delivery smooth and stakeholder relationships strong.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Leadership & Delivery Oversight
- Oversee the creative delivery process for the US market, ensuring projects move efficiently from intake to completion.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and prioritization for your Creative Delivery Specialists.
- Maintain visibility over all in-flight work for US East to ensure capacity and timing are aligned with business needs.
- Act as the regional escalation point for issue resolution, ensuring clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
- Partner with the Creative Delivery Director to align US East delivery plans with global creative priorities.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor two Creative Delivery Specialists, ensuring they have the clarity, tools, and confidence to manage their stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Provide coaching on communication, prioritization, and creative delivery best practices.
- Foster a collaborative team culture where sharing learnings and supporting peers is the norm.
Stakeholder Partnership & Communication
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with Central and BU Marketing and Category partners, ensuring alignment on timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
- Serve as the key liaison between the US East POP Manager, designated BUs and the global creative organization.
- Balance business urgency with creative quality—translating marketing needs into structured, achievable delivery plans.
- Represent the creative delivery function in BU planning sessions, providing insights on timing, process, and resourcing.
Workflow Management & Tools
- Oversee the regional use of Adobe Workfront, ensuring briefs, workflows, and reporting are used consistently and effectively.
- Participate in all ‘Triage’ team activities taking responsibility for assigning or handing off production briefs pertaining to the US market.
- Support Creative Delivery Specialists in optimizing intake quality and project setup.
- Partner with the Creative Operations Director and Creative Delivery Director to refine tools, templates, and processes based on US needs.
- Partner with the Senior Designer US East and the Creative Hub managers to deliver quality creative in a timely manner for the US East region.
Creative Quality & Collaboration
- Act as a critical connector between marketing intent and creative execution—helping teams interpret briefs with clarity and creative empathy.
- Enable open discussions, ensuring creative output remains on-brand and fit for purpose.
- Collaborate closely with Creative Leads to align on quality standards and feedback loops.
Continuous Improvement & Reporting
- Use project data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on recurring trends or regional challenges.
- Encourage innovation within the team—testing and refining approaches to deliver better, faster, and smarter.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of combined experience in marketing, creative project management, or production roles, ideally within retail or consumer environments.
- Proven success managing creative delivery or marketing operations across multiple markets.
- Experience with Adobe Workfront or similar project management systems.
- Good communication and relationship management skills.
- A strong understanding of both business and creative processes—able to balance commercial needs with creative integrity.
- A keen design eye and visual awareness that supports creative discussions and alignment.
- Collaborative, calm under pressure, and passionate about enabling great creative work through smart processes.
