What You’ll Get to Do: CACI has a need to add a Program Control and Planning position to its team in Albuquerque, NM. The successful candidate will provide on-site project management / financial support and coordination to a complex contract, project, task(s) or business unit. Duties may include contract accounting and reporting, project schedule focus to managers, tracking annual fiscal plans and monthly updates, maintenance and reporting. Maintains contract budgets, estimates materials, labor hour projections. This position may require up to 10% travel in the continental United States for various projects.

More About the Role:

- Responsible for providing data to Project Managers/Financial Analyst in the preparation and analysis of complex program/project financial and scheduling data and other complex contract, project or business-related task.

- Monitors progress of program/project cost performance against plans to ensure contractual cost obligations are met.

- Prepares complex financial/administrative reports and distributes to customer/user organizations.

- Works with Project Managers to develop project schedules

- Provides weekly and monthly transactional and pricing support to programs.

- Prepares non-routine financial reports. Liaison between operations and other administrative support organizations on financial issues.

- Interfaces with customers on financial issues and performs extensive investigations as required.

- Maintains contract budgets, prepares material estimates and delivery schedules.

- Work in a team environment, Quality Team Member

- Works independently

You will Bring These Qualifications:

  • Able to obtain a Top Secret Clearance (to include Interim Secret Clearance prior to start)

  • Must Be a U.S. Citizen.

  • Managing, editing, and data entry of documents in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.

  • Highly organized and attentive to details and an initiative taker with interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient with MS Office tools

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

  • Two or more years’ experience working on technical projects

  • One or more years’ experience with project scheduling

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to interface with all team members and customers.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with frequently changing requirements requiring a great deal of tact and flexibility.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Prior business administrative experience/knowledge.

• Prior business financial experience/knowledge.

• Experience in finance, business, or project management.

• Experience with Microsoft Project

• Active Security Clearance

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$41,700 - $83,400
