Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Security Coordinator - Level 3 to join our Launch & Missile Defense Systems - Launch Vehicles team in Chandler, AZ. In this job, you will:

• Support a fast-paced high-profile environment
• Create, maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers
• Maintain records and databases
• Process requests for employees and guests to gain access to secure areas
• Maintains database for controlled security documents and information.
• Perform clearance verification, escorting, and access control activities in and around secure facilities.
• Safeguard classified materials
• Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of additional education and/or related experience
• Computer and desktop Microsoft office software products experience (Word, Excel etc...)
• Requires an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Top Secret Clearance
• Bachelors Degree
• Experience with 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM rule
• Proficient with access control systems and security management systems (ex. Lenel, SIMS)
• Completed security training (ex. CDSE)

• Excellent communication skills, speaking, writing skills, and organizational skills

Salary Range: $43,100.00 - $71,900.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
