Line Leader

Managerial full-time position.

Start date: As soon as possible.

Location: Milenio Plant (Irapuato).

Work schedule: Full-time with flexible working hours.

Profile: Industrial, mechatronics or mechanics Engineering degrees with experience in managing dynamic and multidisciplinary work teams

Qualifications: 2 years in similar roles as line leader.

Your role as Line Leader:

• Proven capability to develop mastery in technology (self and others).
• Strong Leadership Skills. Ability to envision, enable and energize an organization and execute with discipline the module masterplan.
• Proven "hands on" team leadership experience. Key to successfully do this job is to spend 80% of the time on the floor; learning, doing and coaching.
• Proven experience in IWS to eliminate losses at the root cause and deliver employee involvement at all levels (especially working knowledge in AM/PM/LE).
• Develop capabilities in all IWS pillars and key methodologies with focus on RTT DMs, LE tools and PSHR work processes.

·       Delivery & Service:

• Maintain a qualified organization with the necessary tools to execute initiatives with excellence.

• Implement initiatives and projects with operational excellence while adhering to the fundamentals.

• Eliminate losses in the implementation of projects and contribute to the implementation of savings projects.

• Execute projects with excellence to contribute to the growth of the business.

 

·       Capability and Moral:

• Ensure 1:1 with your manager.

• Follow the Skill Matrix of the site.

Job Qualifications

• Be available to work at the Milenio plant (Irapuato) and be available to travel.

• Graduated from Mechanical, Industrial or Mechatronics Engineering with at least 2 years of experience in similar technical roles.

• Intermediate / Advanced English. (written and spoken).

• Team orientation, “can-do “attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results

• Operate with technical excellence while collaborating effectively with others

• Strong leadership, innovation, and interpersonal collaboration skills.
