Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Talend ETL. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to deliver high-quality solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Talend ETL, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects, utilizing strong communication and leadership skills. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring project success and customer satisfaction. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Talend ETL. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services. - Solid understanding of ETL concepts and best practices. - Experience with database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Talend ETL. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
