Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of security services projects by coordinating with global teams and utilizing established methodologies, tools, and resources. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and facilitating collaboration across diverse teams to maintain high standards of service delivery. The position demands proactive engagement with stakeholders to address challenges and optimize project outcomes while continuously improving delivery processes and leveraging global capabilities to meet client expectations effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
- Strong expertise in security incident detection, analysis, and response using SIEM platforms.
- Experience in integrating SIEM solutions with various security tools and infrastructure components.
- Ability to design and implement scalable security monitoring architectures.
- Knowledge of threat intelligence and its application within SIEM environments.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex security event management issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
