Summary: As an SAP S/4 Retail SCM Functional Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in SAP S/4 Retail SCM for Retail Implementation, Fashion industry domain knowledge. - SAP S/4 Retail SCM Functional configuration, Implementation experience - Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively - Responsible for team decisions and ensuring successful project delivery - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications - Act as the primary point of contact for the project - Ensure effective communication and coordination between teams Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Functional Hands-on experience in SAP S/4 Retail SCM , Retail Master Data, Assortments, Purchasing, MRP, Supply assignment(ARUN), aATP, Wholesale sales, SAP Retail Store Operations related standard FIORI experience, Store Replenishment process, Merchandising and Distribution, Pricing and Promotions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP S/4 Retail SCM implementations. - This position is based in Chennai. - A 15 years full time education is required.
