NVIDIA is looking for a Solutions Architect Manager to work with our Global Systems Integrator partners and AI consulting firms. This is a leadership role to inspire them to reimagine, reinvent and operate the enterprise business processes of the world's largest companies using Generative AI and NVIDIA AI Foundry. This individual will enable the GSI's to embed their years of institutional and scientific intelligence of industries like simulated AI or digital twins, physical AI and HPC.

What you'll be doing:

• Mentor and support a team of Solutions Architects passionate about Generative AI, Simulated AI and Physical AI.

• Work with Business Managers to thoughtfully craft the vision, actionable and effective strategies for the group.

• Closely partner with other Solutions Architects, engineering, product and business teams at NVIDIA.

• Inspire industry executives and GSI leaders by articulating the business value from the state of the art in Generative AI.

What we need to see:

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, other Engineering or related fields (or equivalent experience)

• 8+ overall years of work-related experience in deep learning, data science or software development with knowledge of parallel computing with GPUs

• 4+ years of experience leading a team

• Experience working with DevOps, including but not limited to Docker/Containers, Kubernetes, and Data Center deployments.

• Deep understanding of datacenter design including compute, storage, and networking.

• Ability to multitask reliably in a multifaceted environment with analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Clear written and oral communication skills with the ability to collaborate with management and engineering.

• Have a strong desire to share knowledge with clients, partners and co-workers.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Have experience leading technical teams working with GSI.

• Have developed on NVIDIA platform using ML/DL frameworks and MLOps ecosystem of partners and solutions in the cloud and on-prem.

• Experience with cloud based solution designing, APIs and Microservices, orchestration platforms, storage solutions and data migration techniques

• Have a willingness and ability to dig into unfamiliar territories to solve complex problems and be a great listener.

The base salary range is 220,000 USD - 339,250 USD.
