A Day in the Life

Join Medtronic's Regional Marketing team and play a key role in supporting the growth of our Cardiac Surgery business across the Poland, SEECA and Central Cluster region. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to strategic marketing initiatives, and help bring innovative therapies to healthcare professionals and patients. In this position, you will act as the primary liaison between the regional marketing team and country sales organizations, ensuring effective communication and alignment across the cluster. You will support forecasting and supply allocation processes, coordinate regional meetings and marketing activities, assist with Market Development and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement initiatives, and provide operational support for local events, congresses, and educational programs. The role requires close collaboration with regional and local stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the EMEA Regional Leadership Marketing plan and localization strategies.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Lead and support regional marketing initiatives, including product planning, launches, and market development activities 
• Collaborate with Upstream Marketing, cross-functional teams, and country organizations to identify business opportunities and execute marketing strategies 
• Drive market research and customer insights to identify unmet needs and support the development of innovative solutions 
• Manage marketing projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives 
• Coordinate regional marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns while evaluating their effectiveness and recommending improvements 
• Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support business growth across the region

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across teams
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and drive process improvements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
