Role purpose

Following a recent evolution of the Chadstone Marketing Team, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the growing scale and sophistication of our digital ecosystem. This role is critical in delivering integrated, high-performing digital campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels,ensuring consistency, accuracy, and impact across every touchpoint.
You’ll bring hands on experience across website, eDM, content and social media, and always on activity. Working across platforms, content and performance, you’ll help deliver best in class digital experience while supporting the optimisation and day to day management of Chadstone’s wider digital ecosystem.

What you’ll be doing

Digital Campaign Delivery

  • Coordinate digital marketing activity and campaign implementation including channel plan development, scheduling, performance monitoring and optimsation, and post-campaign reporting.

Content & Channel Management

  • Manage and deliver engaging, on-brand content across Chadstone’s digital ecosystem including website, app, eDM, social media, and directories, crafting content that is both visually compelling and editorially strong

Paid Media & Performance Support

  • Support paid media campaigns and always-on digital programs (including SEO and SEM), partnering with internal stakeholders and external agencies to optimise results.

Digital Operations & Workflow Coordination

  • Act as a central point for digital requests from centre teams and National Marketing, ensuring clear prioritisation, timelines, and seamless delivery.

Data, Insights & Optimisation

  • Monitor campaign performance across owned and paid channels, providing actionable insights and continuously optimising to achieve KPIs.

Trends, Innovation & Best Practice

  • Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to inform campaign strategy and elevate content execution.

Experience & Capability Accountabilities

Campaign & Multi-Channel Coordination

  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and activities simultaneously across digital platforms, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Digital Platform & Tools Expertise

  • Hands-on experience with digital platforms such as Google Analytics, Braze, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and CMS tools (e.g. Storyblok).

Data-Led Decision Making

  • Ability to interpret data and performance metrics to inform decisions, optimise campaigns, and improve outcomes.

Content & Communication Excellence

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging, accurate, and on-brand content.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Confident in building and maintaining strong relationships across teams, including Marketing, Centre Management, and external partners.

Digital Curiosity & Growth Mindset

  • Demonstrated curiosity and passion for digital, with a proactive approach to learning, testing, and continuous improvement.

About You

You’re a detail-oriented and proactive digital coordinator with hands on experience across the digital ecosystem, thriving in a fast-paced environment. You bring strong writing skills, exceptional attention to detail and a solid foundation in digital marketing.  You are highly analytical, with a natural curiosity for data and performance a passion for using insights to continuously optimise campaigns and improve the customer experience
