The Role:
As the Strategic Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with the largest and most prominent health plans (i.e. United Health Group, Centene, Molina) across the country. These plans each represent greater than $5m in ARR with aggressive annual growth goals. Key responsibilities include Client Relationship Management, Revenue Growth, Market Research, and development of long-term strategic account plans with our top clients. In this role you will to uncover upsell opportunities and expansion opportunities to increase revenue by promoting the PointClickCare Platform.

The qualified candidate will report to our VP of Payer and Market Access Sales and will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Customer Success, Product, Market Access and Provider sales, Network Growth, Data Science, Solution Design, and Delivery. Our culture is collaborative, and we are looking for a Professional who is great at building external and internal relationships.
At PointClickCare, base salary and commissions are among the many components that make up our total rewards package. The US on target earnings range (base salary + commissions) for this position is $290,000 - $320,000 + benefits. Our ranges are determined by job and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience including professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
