Job Duties/Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Support HR programs from material preparation, collection to data checks and display
• Facilitate HR-related events and meetings, including preparation and coordination
• Support people communications as needed (e.g., newsletters, WeChat, videos, SharePoint, TV)
• Provide other HR support as needed

Required Qualifications:

• 2027/2028 graduate with Master degree
• Be professional and keep confidential information secure
• Sense of responsibility, strong execution, proactive and detail oriented, able to work on important and repetitive tasks with patience and accuracy
• Japanese is required, N1 preferred
• Excellent in Office 365 tools, digital tool preferred
